Who you're dealing with

Sentinel is operated by Enclave Dev LLC, an Illinois limited liability company with principal office in Spokane, Washington. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Enclave Dev LLC. "You" and "your" refer to the person using Sentinel or subscribing to Sentinel+.

No account required

Sentinel has no accounts and no sign-in. The Calculator, saved scores, your history, Dry Run, and a Sentinel+ subscription all work without creating a login — your assessment data stays on your device.

If we ever add accounts, sign-in, or cloud sync, we'll update these terms and the Privacy Policy before turning them on.

Sentinel+ subscription

• Sentinel's core scoring, history, and Dry Run features are free to use. Sentinel+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks the additional coaching features described in the app.
• Sentinel+ is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings (App Store → your account → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app at the point of sale and may change with notice; any change applies only to renewals after it takes effect.
• Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy. If something went wrong, email support@onesentinel.app and we'll help where we can.

Payments

• Sentinel+ subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Apple processes the payment — we never see or store your card number.
• Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of sale. Applicable taxes are handled by Apple based on your location.
• Billing, cancellation, and refunds for App Store subscriptions are governed by Apple's standard subscription terms and refund policy.

Your responsibilities

• Use Sentinel for personal fitness tracking, PT preparation, and the guided training programs it provides — not as a replacement for medical advice.
• Don't share, resell, or transfer your Sentinel+ subscription.
• Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or your Sentinel+ entitlement.
• If you join a future community, challenge, or leaderboard feature, treat other members with respect. Harassment or conduct that endangers other members may get you removed from those features.

Health disclaimer

Sentinel helps you prepare for your PFRA. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new training program, especially if you have a medical condition or haven't exercised in some time. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. Physical training carries inherent risk; by following any training program in Sentinel, you acknowledge those risks and agree to train responsibly.

Limitation of liability

Sentinel is provided on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee a specific score, pass outcome, or career result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enclave Dev LLC's total liability arising from your use of Sentinel is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including physical injury, PT failures, or career consequences arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Sentinel will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page when things change, and we'll post a notice in the app for any material change that affects your rights. If you don't agree with the updated terms, stop using Sentinel; the updated terms apply only to activity after the "Last updated" date above.
