Who you're dealing with

Sentinel is operated by Enclave Dev LLC, an Illinois limited liability company with principal office in Spokane, Washington. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Enclave Dev LLC. "You" and "your" refer to the person using Sentinel or purchasing a Founders tier.

Accounts

Most of Sentinel works without an account. You can use the Calculator, save scores locally, and track your history without signing in.

You'll need an account if you purchase a Founders tier or (in the future) opt into cloud sync, challenges, or leaderboards. Accounts are created via Sign in with Apple or a magic-link email sign-in — no passwords to manage.

• You're responsible for keeping your email and Apple ID secure.
• One account per person. Don't share account credentials.
• You can close your account at any time by emailing privacy@onesentinel.app.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used to harm other members of the community.

Founders Campaign — the promise

• Your Founders purchase entitles you to Sentinel Pro access according to your tier's description at the time of purchase.
• Sentinel Pro is targeted to launch in early July 2026. This date is a target, not a guarantee. If we slip, we keep you informed through the Founders Build Log newsletter.
• Refund anytime before launch, no questions asked. Email support@onesentinel.app and we refund.
• 30-day money-back after Pro launches. Completion-gated: you must complete your first PT assessment and log three training sessions inside Pro within the first 30 days to be eligible. This filters buyer's-remorse refunds while keeping full protection for anyone who actually tried the product.
• 12-week pass guarantee. If you follow the Pro training program for 12 weeks, take your PFRA, and don't pass, we refund your Pro purchase. Operational details (adherence thresholds, session logging requirements) will be published in the app before Pro launch.

What Founder Lifetime and Founders 50 cover

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Sentinel app as operated by Enclave Dev LLC. If we ever sunset Sentinel or sell the company, Lifetime and Founders 50 holders get first access to whatever replaces it — or a prorated refund if we can't honor the entitlement. Lifetime entitlements are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

Payments

• Payments for Founders tiers are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• All Founders prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout based on your location.
• Refunds issued under the guarantees above are processed through Stripe and typically clear in 5–10 business days.
• Future Sentinel Pro subscriptions (post-launch) may be billed through either Stripe or Apple's App Store, depending on how you sign up. Pricing and billing terms for subscriptions will be disclosed at the point of sale.

Your responsibilities

• Use Sentinel for personal fitness tracking and PT preparation only — not as a replacement for medical advice.
• Don't share TestFlight builds, Discord access, or other tier-exclusive resources outside your tier.
• Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or any tier entitlement.
• If you participate in the Founders Discord or (future) challenges and leaderboards, treat other members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or conduct that endangers other members may result in account termination.

Health disclaimer

Sentinel helps you prepare for your PFRA. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new training program, especially if you have a medical condition or haven't exercised in some time. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

Limitation of liability

Sentinel is provided on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee a specific score, pass outcome, or career result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enclave Dev LLC's total liability arising from your use of Sentinel is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including physical injury, PT failures, or career consequences arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Sentinel will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page when things change, and we'll email account holders about any material change that affects entitlements or your rights. If you don't agree with the updated terms, you can close your account; the updated terms apply only to activity after the "Last updated" date above.
